1. Features of dosing device:
----The frequency conversion automatic dosing control device adopts the imported high-tech product - AC frequency converter to form an advanced AC speed regulation system to realize the best automatic control of dosing. The biggest advantages of the system are reliable performance, long service life, good starting characteristics and low energy consumption. The device can also be used as the speed control system of AC motors such as water pump, oil pump and fan to control the pressure and flow of liquid and steam in the infusion pipeline.
2. Structure of dosing device
----The automatic control device is mainly composed of automatic control cabinet, recorder, AC motor, dosing pump, etc. There are frequency converters, regulators, detectors, etc. in the automatic control cabinet, as shown in the table below. The selection of the detector is determined by the user's dosing type. For example, for ammonia dosing, conductivity meter or pH meter can be selected for the detector, rapid phosphate analyzer can be selected for phosphonate dosing, pH meter can be selected for neutralization tank, R meter is required for coordinated phosphate treatment, flow current meter is used for coagulation, residual chlorine meter is required for chlorination, etc.
3. Principle of dosing device

----It can be seen from the figure that the dosing pump motor is driven by the AC frequency converter to inject the reagent into the liquid, and the drug concentration is detected by the detector. The detector inputs the electrical signal proportional to the concentration into the regulator and compares it with the set value to obtain the deviation signal. The regulator performs proportional and integral calculation on the deviation signal according to the process requirements, and the calculation result signal is transmitted to the frequency converter, The frequency converter changes the frequency of the motor working power supply according to the regulation signal output by the regulator, changes the motor speed, changes the concentration of traditional Chinese medicine liquid injected into the liquid, and controls the drug concentration within the optimal range.

The fully automatic dosing equipment integrates the dosing tank, metering pump (diaphragm pump) and automatic control system, that is, it is installed on a base, connects the outlet of the metering pump (column plug pump) with the dosing pipeline, the inlet and outlet of the metering tank with the water inlet pipe, and sends the power supply and detector signal of the control cabinet to the control cabinet to start and put into operation. Automatic dosing equipment is widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgical industry, environmental engineering, water treatment and other fields. 2、 Components of automatic dosing equipment
----It mainly includes single pump, double pump and single control combined type, three pump and double control combined type, combined boiler water R-value automatic control device and other types. The structure of each type is somewhat different, which is described below.
1. Double pump single control combined automatic dosing device this device is composed of a metering box, two metering pumps (standby for each other), a set of AC frequency conversion automatic dosing control system, connecting pipeline, valve, base, etc., as shown in Figure 1. The volume of the measuring tank is 1m '(otherwise discussed if the user has special requirements). Whether it is equipped with agitator, remote liquid level gauge, liquid level high and low limit alarm and tank material selection are proposed by the user or the design department, or the user can directly consult our company. The tank body is made of steel, stainless steel and rubber lined tank, which is used for different liquid medicine. When ordering, the user must specify the following parameters of the metering pump: flow (1 / h), pump outlet pressure (MPA), pump flow path material (or name and concentration of conveying agent).
