Grey water scale inhibitor is a composite scale inhibitor with chelating and dispersing properties composed of new organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid and sulfonate copolymer. It has the best synergistic effect and can make the scaling crystal produce lattice distortion, make the scale layer loose or dispersed in the water and washed away by grey water, so as to maintain the normal operation of grey water pipeline.
Ash water scale inhibitor is a compound scale inhibitor selected according to the water quality conditions such as high pH and high alkalinity of ash water in thermal power plant. Ash water scale inhibitor is mainly used for scale inhibition of ash water and return water pipelines in thermal power plants.
2、 Technical indicators
project | index |
appearance | Brownish yellow to brownish red transparent liquid |
Solid content% ≥ | 25.0 |
Phosphate content% ≥ | 10.0 |
Density (20 ℃) g / cm3 ≥ | 1.13 |
PH (1% aqueous solution) | 3.0±1.5 |
3、 Method of use
Add the required ash water scale inhibitor into the plastic dosing bucket (or box) every day. For convenience, add water for dilution, and then continuously add the agent at the inlet of the ash pump with a metering pump or through a regulating valve. The dosing concentration is generally 40.0 ~ 60.0ppm (calculated by make-up water).
4、 Packaging and storage
Packed in plastic drums, 25kg per barrel. The storage period is 12 months.
5、 Safety and protection
Gray water scale inhibitor is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and rinse with plenty of water after contact.
