Polyacrylamide hydrolysate powder product is one of the most effective polymer flocculants for treating high turbidity water. It can be used alone or in combination with ordinary flocculants. When treating high turbidity water with high sediment content, the effect is remarkable.

For PAM water disintegration powder, the dissolution and mixing time is generally 0.5 ~ 1.0 hours. Increasing the water temperature and mixing speed can speed up the dissolution speed, but too high water temperature will cause degradation reaction, so the maximum water temperature shall not exceed 65 ℃, and the mixing speed shall not exceed 10m / S Based on the peripheral linear speed of the blade, otherwise the flocculant chain will be broken and the flocculation result will be reduced.

The dosage of PAM increases with the increase of sediment content in raw water. In terms of flocculation effect, the thinner the dosing concentration, the better. However, if the concentration is too thin, the dosing equipment will be increased. Generally, the dosing concentration of 0.2% is appropriate. The working solution is 2%, and then diluted 10 times with the help of a water syringe.

The maximum sediment content of PAM treated water is less than 150 kg / m3.
